Once you have approved the design, we will be asking for you to sign a purchase agreement as well as the appropriate drawings and details. At this time, we will require a retainer. This will guarantee the pricing of your final design. We will also give you the floor plan, elevations and all of the pictures we have prepared for you as well as a copy of the purchase agreement.
Our designer will then prepare all of the necessary paperwork required to place the order and forward the information to our Production Facility.
Once payment is made and kitchen is ordered at our Production Facility, our scheduling department will contact you and a tentative installation date will be discussed and agreed to by you and Mother Hubbard’s Kitchens. We will later confirm the installation date and keep in touch with you to make sure you are not experiencing any delays in the preparation for your new kitchen.
A week prior to your new kitchen installation, we will get in touch with you to confirm that everyone is still on track for our scheduled date.
If you are not purchasing the installation from Mother Hubbard’s Kitchens, we will keep in touch with you as well to confirm that you’re still on schedule for receiving your kitchen.
Delivery
If you choose to have your kitchen delivered, your cabinetry will be delivered to you the day prior to or the day of the installation. Make sure you have space available for storing your cabinetry while our installer is installing the kitchen.
Installation
An average installation takes about 2 days, depending, of course, on the size of the kitchen and the custom details involved. If there are any back orders or additional products required to complete your kitchen, be assured these items will be produced as quickly as possible to complete your project in a timely manner.
